★ If there are vacant classes, foreigners living in Oita can study together with international students.
As an admission requirement, you must be able to read and write Hiragana and Katakana.
After taking the level check test, the class will be decided.
 
★ We apologize, if there are no classes available, we may decline your request. 

About application with non-student visas

 
Students with non-student visas, such as working holiday, spouse and work visas, can also take lessons with us.  Applications are accepted at any time. A trial lesson is always available.

Courses Opening
2 years Every April
1 year and 9 months Every July
 1 year and 6 months Every October

It is possible to start or finish a course in the middle of the course.
Every course starts from the lessons of N5 level(very beginner)

 
Textbooks and other teaching materials must be paid for at the actual cost.
Extra-curricular activities, such as out-of-town classes, will be charged at the actual cost.
Once paid, the enrolment fee and tuition fees are non-refundable for the student's convenience.
The tuition fee is paid on a monthly basis. The tuition fee for the following month must be paid in the previous month.
Tuition fees are pro-rated for the number of days of class each month.
Whether you will be in a morning class or afternoon class depends on the situation at the time of admission.
 
 Admission requirements  
Applicants must have a valid visa.
Class capacity must be available at the time of enrollment
 (Our school gives priority to those who with student visa, and class size is limited to 20 students per class in accordance with the Ministry of Justice's published standards. If you do not have a student visa, please understand that we may have to suspend your course if the class is full, even if you are in the middle of your course. In such a case, all unattended lessons for the relevant month will be refunded).
Applicants must have sufficient Japanese language skills to learn in the class.
Even if applicants entering a beginner class, they are required to be able to read and write Hiragana and Katakana

Applicants are required to understand our school rules and administration.
 
Notes
Whether to take morning or afternoon classes depends on the time of admission. Please inquire in advance.
If you wish to take a leave of absence or withdraw from the school, please notify us by the 20th of the previous month.
Classes will not be held during long school vacations such as summer vacation. Please contact us for schedule information.
